Current Trustee Directors and constituencies

The BAA Pension Scheme is run by the BAA Pension Trust Company Ltd, which is quite separate from LHR Airports Limited (formerly BAA Airports Limited).

The Trustee is responsible for managing the Scheme in the best interest of the Scheme’s members and in line with the Scheme Rules and any relevant legislation.

  The Independent Trustee has the right to attend meetings and a power of veto on any decision that might affect the accrued rights of beneficiaries.
